Mrs Porter and Mr Fitzpatrick would like to welcome you to Year 5/6.  We have lots of exciting things planned in our curriculum this year.  Take a look at the curriculum overviews for more details.    Being in Upper Key Stage 2 this year, we also have a jam-packed timetable (see below).   

PE

Our PE lessons will take place on Tuesdays and Fridays so please make sure you come into school in your PE kit on these days.  

Homework

Reading records will be checked on Friday each week.  Each child will bring home a levelled reading book matched to their ability and a free choice book and they should aim to read these at least three times a week.

Times table homework books will also be marked on Fridays.  On each page there are 6 sections to complete.  Children will receive housepoints for every section completed.  The times tables they are practising are linked to the ones that are being taught in class.
